Default Screen Protectors?

Are people getting screen protectors for the pre? I remember it used to be a big thing to get one as soon as you got your shiny new device.. how about for the pre?

Problem I have with cases and screen protecters is they always seem to negatively impact the look of the phone. I always get air bubbles in the protectors :'(

Lightly warm it (the film) with a hairdryer and use a creditcard to "squeegee" it in to place. allways works for me.

I'm still working with the one that comes on the phone from the factory. I cut the top part that covers the ear piece. It's lasted almost a month, and I'll look for one when this one falls off so the screen doesn't fall victim to keys, change ect.

I agree. I used to keep screen protectors on every phone I had... but now I think even though it is keeping it nice and protected it takes away from the look of the phone... it may affect the resale by $50 or so, but isn't it worth an extra $50 to have a nice screen all the time?

If you are worried about the looks of the phone get the screen protector called invisibke shield. Its made by a company that goes by the name of zagg. I had invisible shield on my instinct for a year and didn't have one scratch on it when I got rid of the phone. I ordered one for my pre a week before I got the phone and put it on the same day I got it. It doesn't have even one airbubble in it. Nobody can even tell its on there, because it goes from top to bottom and even wraps around the corners. It takes a little bit to get on, but its definitely worth it. The one on my instinct I bought at best buy, and the guy said '' its the last screen protector you will ever have to buy for that phone.'' I thought he was full of it, but figured I would give it a try. He was right. I got the one for my pre off of ebay. You can either get just one for the front, if you have the touchstone rubberized back cover, or get the set for the front and back of the phone to fully protect it.
