Voice only works on speaker phone

Thank you to everyone that helped me out last time. Now I have a new problem. I can't hear anything or transmit any voice except on speaker phone. I've reset it and tried with the slide open and closed. I could understand the ear speaker maybe going bad but I should still be able to talk while not on speaker phone. On speaker phone the mic works. Any ideas? I haven't dropped it or damaged it.

Try plugging in your headphones (any type) and removing them.. it may think there is a headset plugged in.

I took it to Sprint and they gave me a replacement. I think you were right that the headphone jack was messed up.
