Actually simply everything turns out to be simply everything except international text messages... Those are 20 cents a piece. When I flipped about a year back to get the instinct the rep didn't mention that and of course when I figured it out they said I could not go back to my previous plan which included those international texts. They do seem to be highlighting that charge a bit more now but I looked back through everything I had and couldn't find it in the small print.

I have been with Sprint for 9 years. My phone coverage has always been good and I cross checked my 99. unlimited everything against AT&T and Verizon when my contract ran out but they were much higher. Its true customer service is a bear as far as over charging and some of the crap they can do but they fix it....without much hassle.

I love the Pre.....couldn't get into the iPhone when I went and looked at it.

I have been working for sprint nextel for close to 10yrs and have always preferred their service above all others. As far as the airave box goes I have at least 50 customers using it currently with no issues. Its a great piece of equipment as long as your broadband provider is up to par and connected with at least a 10meg connection. The pre is a great phone and with the 3rd party app store im lovin every minute
